A Comparative Study of Theater Building Design Teaching under Different Stage Objectives of Teaching: With a Case Study of Design Course at the Senior Level in Chongqing University
Abstract:From the perspective of architectural education development, this paper summarizes contemporary teaching systems in architecture universities and discusses the importance of the teaching objectives in architectural education, and it analyses the overall aim and teaching stage objectives of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning in Chongqing University. By comparing two typical studio courses on theater building design for students of different years, the paper explores the characteristics of teaching organization and process under the teaching objectives in different stages. Finally, it concludes that under the guide of
teaching objective system, design courses can be more professional and targeted to cultivate suitable talents.
