摘要从西安市典型社区居家养老服务设施的现状调研入手，剖析此类设施在社区构成、设施规模、服务半径、功能配置及环境品质等方面存在的问题，顺应当前养老观念、养老需求及社区服务等方面的转型，从基础、核心、方法三个维度阐述城市社区居家养老服务设施在功能模块构成、设施体系建构和网络植入布局等方面的模式与方法。

Abstract：Starting from the investigation of home care service facilities in typical communities in Xi’ an, this paper analyzes the problems of the facilities in community
structure, scale, service radius, function configuration, environment quality, and so on.According to the changes of the elderly care concept, elderly needs and community services,and from three dimensions of basis, core and method, it elaborates the mode and methods of urban community home care service facilities in three aspects: function modules, system construction and network implantation.
