Abstract:Under the background of information and globalization, the diversification of nowledge sources and the flattening of learning process are changing the traditional mode f professional education, and redefining the connotation and extension of the professional ducation model in the aspects of teaching idea, teacher-student relationship, knowledge ransfer and ability training. This paper focuses on the connotation, characteristics and methods of the open teaching mode, which takes the student as the center and the research earning as the main goal in the course of the reform of archit ectural education.
